Are you looking to grow your career in talent acquisition, within the finance industry? Here's an excellent opportunity for you to learn and develop in a role that combines recruitment of technical and finance roles with global mobility support. You’ll join an HR team that values collaboration, provides guidance, and gives you space to build your skills and make a real impact.
In this role, your main focus will be running smooth and proactive recruitment processes. Depending on recruitment volume, you’ll also have the chance to support in global mobility matters. You’ll get visibility into a broad range of cases and the freedom to take on more as you develop. You’ll work closely with the Talent Management Lead and have their full support throughout your journey.
The role is fixed-term, ideally from start to the end of 2026. As our business continues to grow, we expect there to be opportunities to continue beyond 2026, too.
What You’ll Do
- Run end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring teams
- Own the full 360 recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, comms - driving the recruitment forward)
- Support with global mobility cases, when capacity allows
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment and mobility practices
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in coordinating recruitments and/or projects + strong enthusiasm to learn more
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive processes forward
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Full fluency in English and Finnish, as you'll be recruiting with both languages
Nice to Have
- Experience or knowledge of the finance industry
- Experience working in a growth company environment
- Familiarity with Teamtailor and LI Recruiter
- Based in the Helsinki metropolitan area and able to work from the office occasionally

Preferred start date is beginning of 2026. Compensation range for this role is 3200-3600 EUR, depending on seniority.
