Join our Information Security team as a Project Manager in Helsinki!

We’re looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our Information Security team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead our ISO27001 certification project end-to-end with the goal of achieving certification by 31.12.2026

• Drive all tasks directly linked to the ISO27001 standard, ensuring progress stays on schedule and aligned with requirements

• Collaborate with colleagues across the company to define, implement, and document ISO27001‑related processes and controls

• Communicate clearly what actions, decisions, and deliverables are required from different stakeholders to keep the certification project on track

• Once the certification is achieved, expand your role into broader information security responsibilities based on your strengths and interests
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with information security management systems (ISMS) and participating in or leading ISO27001 certification

• Strong, holistic understanding of information security and the requirements typically set for modern organizations

• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and bring complex initiatives to completion

• Clear and structured communication style, especially when guiding colleagues in implementing required information security practices

• Fully fluent Finnish and English skills
  

Nice to Have

• Ability to interpret requirements, propose practical solutions, and make well‑founded recommendations

• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate ISO standards into actionable tasks

• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in information security initiatives

• Familiarity with other security frameworks or broader cybersecurity domains

The compensation range for this role is 5500-6300 EUR, depending on seniority. In addition to base salary, we offer annual bonuses and a yearly-renewed Partner program.
