We are looking for a Communications Specialist to strengthen the Marketing and Communications team at ALM Partners. In this role, you get to work broadly with our communications and contribute to how we communicate.
As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and developing ALM Partners’ internal and external communications. The role focuses on internal, corporate and expert communication. You will work closely with people and teams across the organisation.
What you’ll do
Planning and producing content (e.g. internal updates, news, social media posts)
Coordinating and developing internal communication channels
Developing and implementing shared communication practices across the organisation
Managing and collaborating on event communications
Supporting and sparring with colleagues on communication (e.g. expert articles, marketing and presentation materials)
What we’re looking for
You already have several years of experience (3-5 years) in communications and you are used to planning and producing audience‑focused content for different channels
You are skilled at shaping complex topics into clear, understandable and engaging content
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborate smoothly with others
You are able to see the bigger picture in communications and drive things forward in a structured way that supports organisational goals
You are interested in developing internal communication channels and ensuring they serve everyday needs
You are comfortable working on several topics at the same time and adapt easily to changing communication needs
You enjoy supporting and guiding colleagues in their everyday communication
You have excellent written communication skills in both Finnish and English and feel comfortable working in a bilingual environment. You are experienced in bilingual content creation, editing, and translation.
Nice to have
Previous experience in the financial services sector
Additional language skills (especially Swedish / German)

The compensation range for this role is 3500-4000€ EUR, depending on seniority. In addition to base salary, we offer annual bonuses and a yearly-renewed Partner program.
