In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support our business objectives together with Marketing and Communications team. You will create engaging content, coordinate campaigns, manage digital channels, and help organize industry-leading events that position ALM Partners as a trusted partner in the financial services sector.
Our goal is to build long-term trust in our existing and target markets while supporting successful market expansion initiatives.
About the Role
Our digital presence is centered around our website, LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, and other relevant digital channels. As a Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of maintaining and developing these channels by creating valuable content and ensuring that all marketing activities support the company's strategic goals.
You will work closely with product leads, subject matter experts, sales, and management to translate complex topics into compelling content that resonates with customers and prospects. Your work will include content creation, campaign planning, digital marketing, event promotion, and performance analysis.
You will also help drive lead generation activities by planning and executing targeted campaigns for our products and services. Working together with product leads and account managers, you will support the creation of marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth.
An important part of the role is ALM Day, our annual flagship event that brings together clients, partners, regulators, and industry experts to discuss market developments, regulatory change, and the future of the financial industry. You will play an important role in planning, promoting, and delivering this event together with the team.
Preferred start date: 1 October 2026 (negotiable).
What you’ll do
Plan and execute marketing activities that support business growth, lead generation, and brand visibility in existing and go-to-markets.
Create and manage content for digital channels, including the website, social media, campaigns, newsletters, and event communications.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, product leads, and sales teams to develop customer-facing and sales-supporting materials.
Coordinate and promote events, webinars, and customer engagement activities, including ALM Day.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, and continuously improve activities based on data and insights.
What We Are Looking For
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, marketing communications, or a similar role.
Proven experience creating content for multiple digital channels.
Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.
Experience using web content management systems such as WordPress.
Experience with SEO, content optimization, and website performance improvement.
Knowledge of digital analytics and performance measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar platforms.
Experience working with social media marketing and content planning.
Ability to manage projects independently and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools or equivalent design software.
Proficiency in English and Finnish

Photography, video creation, or visual content production skills.
Experience working in B2B marketing.
Proficiency in other European languages is a plus

The primary location for this role is Helsinki, but we support flexible and hybrid working arrangements that allow you to work remotely when appropriate.
The compensation range for this role is 3600-4200€ EUR, depending on seniority. In addition to base salary, we offer annual bonuses and a yearly-renewed Partner program.
