Regulatory Reporting Solutions
We are looking for a Senior Solution Analyst to join our RaaS (Reporting as a Service) Delivery unit and work at the intersection of customer implementation projects and product development.
In this role, you will help translate complex banking, regulatory reporting and customer requirements into clear, structured and implementable solution requirements. You will collaborate closely with customers, project teams, data engineers and product development specialists throughout the delivery lifecycle.
As a Senior Solution Analyst, you will contribute to customer projects and take independent responsibility for complex assignments, broad project areas and supporting the development of other team members.
What you will do
Your responsibilities may include:
Lead the analysis and structuring of complex business, customer and regulatory reporting requirements, translating them into clear and implementable solution specifications.
Identify, analyse and describe development needs from both customer and product perspectives, contributing to prioritisation and impact assessments together with project and product teams.
Support decision-making by assessing alternatives, priorities, risks, dependencies and impacts across customers, processes and solution components.
Act as a key link between customers, delivery projects and product development, ensuring alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with customers, project managers, product development teams and data engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
Take end-to-end responsibility for project workstreams, from requirements analysis and specification through implementation, testing and deployment.
Support successful customer implementations and solution adoption through subject-matter expertise, implementation support, testing and deployment activities.
Review implementation procedures, investigate data using SQL and solve complex analytical challenges.
Coach and support other analysts, share expertise and contribute to the continuous development of common ways of working.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a practical, collaborative and customer-oriented approach.
You may be a good fit if you have:
The ability to translate business or regulatory requirements into clear, actionable and well-structured specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with experience using SQL to investigate, validate and analyse data.
The ability to structure, prioritise and communicate complex topics clearly to different stakeholders.
The ability to make well-founded recommendations and decisions in ambiguous or changing situations, while proactively driving matters forward even when the solution is not immediately clear.
Experience independently managing complex and wide-ranging assignments, with the readiness to take broader responsibility for the successful delivery of a project or a defined project area.
The ability to assess impacts beyond an individual task or reporting area and recognise dependencies between business needs, regulatory requirements, data and technical solutions.
An interest in combining business analysis with technical thinking.
Good collaboration and communication skills in both internal and customer-facing work.
The ability and motivation to coach, support and develop other team members.
The ability to work effectively in an agile delivery environment, together with a willingness to continuously develop your expertise and learn new business, reporting and solution areas.
