We are looking for
Account Associate
to join the inspiring and dynamic market opener and sales team. We offer you a position in a team that works with
- Selected key sales cases, new customer acquisition and market entries
- Active role in research and gathering background information about customer, competition, markets and regulation
- Engaging in active communication and meetings, both external and internal (independently and with support) building relationships with our customers and partners
- Coordinating actions and activities
- Giving recommendations and analysis on steps to support sales targets
- Preparing business cases and customer messaging
- Work with other teams to deliver market insights, help identify and address business/product priorities
- Sales and marketing activities
- Supporting in lead generation
- Coordinating opportunities with the team
- Supporting marketing team’s efforts
- Coordinating the internal collaboration with other teams in the company
- Participation in events and conferences
To succeed in the job, you should have a genuine interest in continuous self-development and a willingness to immerse yourself in the risk, regulatory and data management needs of the banking industry. In addition, you want to excel in sales and account management, both with current customers and in a new market. You want to grow as an expert sales professional. You will have the opportunity to get involved in various market entry, presales, sales, and account management duties and developments in an assisting role. Depending on your interests, you may also work at the client interface and take on more project-specific responsibilities.

- Potentially have gained experience from banking and finance, risk management or sales in IT sector
- Finishing or have finished your academic education
- Have a professional working proficiency in Finnish and in English, both oral and written
Nordic or other European language proficiency is a plus.
Creating new business – who are we
Our small but spicy team focuses on new business acquisition on all the markets ALM Partners operates on. Responsibilities of the team include sales and sales process, supported by marketing&communications, experts in different business areas and product development. We are all located in different places and hence, have perfected the hybrid model of working domestically and internationally, remotely and on location, with routines and with highly dynamic and hectic situations, and with Finnish, English and Finglish. We trust and respect each other, value differences and excel together.
We are facing new, sometimes complex and challenging situations every day. In the core of our team is communication with different – both internal and external – stakeholders. Understanding of banking and finance plus regulation and data, in addition to interest and drive to new and unknown, is in the background of everything we do.

When would I start? What is the salary range?
We have ambitious targets, so the position starts as soon as possible, when convenient to both parties. We are interested in enthusiastic people in different stages of their career – the monthly salary will be agreed upon depending on prior work experience.
