- Participate in dialogue with customers
- Mentor and guide in data context with best practices and experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Several years of experience in data architecture, warehousing, data models, or data governance
- Proven track record in banking, wealth management or insurance domains
- Strong expertise in data modeling (Snowflake, normalized, Data Vault 2.0 etc.)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Snowflake, Azure, Databricks
- Ability to act as architectural lead and deliver complex projects in multi-vendor environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have

- Experience with metadata cataloging tools (e.g. IGC, Collibra, Alteryx, Erwin)
- Familiarity with project tools like Jira & Confluence
- Experience in working with both legacy systems and cloud-based platforms
- Fluency in Finnish or Swedish

- Comprehensive benefits, including occupational health and dental care, sports, culture and lunch benefits, as well as extensive insurance coverage
- Continuous learning, such as access to Coursera, support for certificationsn and professional development
- Hybrid working environment, offering flexibility and trust in how and where you work
