We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer / Data Analyst to join our team.  

In this role, you’ll manage and develop end-to-end data flows from source systems to reporting and transform raw data into actionable insights. You’ll work daily with SQL and handle data on financial instruments and collateral types. You will also collaborate closely with our data-modelling teams to improve the consistency and clarity of our data models and participate in feature development work. Your work will directly support banks’ risk management and regulatory compliance, giving you a deep understanding of how changes in data flows impact regulatory reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Strong motivation to work with data and solve complex problems 
- Solid SQL skills and data warehousing understanding 
- Previous experience in data warehouse or financial reporting 
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment 
- Interest in the financial industry and business processes 
- Proven track record of successful IT project delivery and a solid understanding of ETL projects 
-Full fluency in English and Finnish, enabling seamless communication and collaboration client projects 

Nice to Have

- Experience with data modeling  
- Familiarity with Azure services (especially ADF and Azure SQL resources) 
- Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell 
- Hands-on experience and understanding of banking operations, regulatory reporting, or risk management 
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket)

The compensation range for this role is 4600-6100 EUR, depending on seniority. In addition to base salary, we offer annual bonuses and a yearly-renewed Partner program.
